Welcome to Apollo Web Services. By engaging with our services (Web Design, AI Development, Marketing), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Apollo Web Services provides digital development services including but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- AI Chatbot Integration & Automation
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Hosting & Domain Management
2. Payments & Billing
- One-Time Projects: A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to final deployment/handover.
- Monthly Services: Services such as ongoing SEO, AI maintenance, or Marketing Management are billed on a rolling monthly basis.
- Cancellations: Rolling monthly contracts may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice via email.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees:
- Client Ownership: You (the Client) own the final website design, content, and domain name.
- Apollo Rights: We retain the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and for marketing purposes. We also retain ownership of any proprietary reusable code libraries or AI frameworks used to build the project, granting you a perpetual license to use them.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide all necessary assets (logos, text, images) in a timely manner. Delays in providing these assets may result in a delay in the project delivery timeline.
5. Limitation of Liability
Apollo Web Services will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided. While we implement strict security measures, we cannot guarantee total immunity from cyber-attacks or third-party service failures (e.g., hosting downtime).
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
